Mexico Aztec: a ceramic pot with the face of Tláloc, god of rain. Such pots were often used to hold water that was sprinkled on the earth.  A feature of this pot are the huge canine teeth., and a nose and eyes framed by coiled serpents. Museo del Templo Mayor
