April 14: as the sun sets it casts a red glow on the Great Britain sitting safely on the Mulus III pontoon. The tug Varius II is alongside in Stanley harbour after the successful salvage. Ten days work was needed to secure the ship for the long tow home and she finally left the Falkland Islands on 24th April.
