Teotihuacan, Mexico. The Temple of the Plumed Conch Shells (Templo de los Caracoles Emplumados) is found under the Palace of Quetzalpapáloti. Built between the 2nd and 3rd centuries it takes its name from the bas-relief representations of large shells decorated with feathers on the temple wall.
