Bolivia.   The Uru were a native American tribe of the southern part of Lake Titicaca in the Andes mountains. They lived in swamps as a retreat from the surrounding tribes and spoke their own unique language. The last Uru is said to have died in 1959. A late 19th century photograph of one of the last Urus with chuspa - woollen bag - used for holding leaves of the sacred coca plant.
