Bolivia.   The main railway workshops for the British built railway, the Ferrocarril Antofagasta- Bolivia [FCAB] were at Uyuni in the arid southern highlands. Aging locomotives were cannabalised to maintain the working stock and the shells were taken to a desert siding that has become known as the 'graveyard'.   Graffiti on the side of this relic reads Asi es la Vida or  'That is life'.
