Chile: Lapis lazuli, a deep blue semi precious stone cut and polished in a necklace, bracelet and ornamental fish. Chile is one of the main sources of this stone which has been known from ancient times. Its name comes from two words - Lapis or stone and Lazuli with a derivation in early Persian - lazhward, meaning azure.
