Colombia.  Kogi outside their home in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.  The Kogi are one of the most isolated and reclusive people in South America. Traditional life is slash and burn agriculture of native crops that include coca Erythroxolon coca) for their religious use. The Kogi have deep spiritual understanding of the world around them and the Universe and coca has for centuries been a sacred element in all rituals.
